Pelvic Floor with Transverse Activation

The transverse abdominis has a co-contraction with pelvic diaphragm. Everytime we activate the core we also trigger the pelvic floor to activate. But it is a bit more complicated than that. The function and dysfunction of one area can impact the other. It is important to take a bit of time to connect to your core and ensure you know how to activate your transverse abdominis effectively.
