Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation

The Tummy Team offers both Monthly and Annual Memberships, all of which automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Members may cancel their membership at any time through the online cancellation system located at thetummyteam.com/cancellation or by contacting us directly at thetummyteam.com/contact.

Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal will prevent further charges. Upon cancellation, members will retain full access to their account and course materials until the end of the current paid period, at which point auto-renewal will be disabled and access will end.

Refunds

All membership payments are non-refundable. This includes situations where the member chooses to cancel before the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions will only be made in cases of:

• Duplicate charges resulting from technical error; or

• Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content and are not resolved within 72 hours of the issue being reported to our support team.

Free Membership

The Tummy Team also offers a Free Membership that provides partial access to select content. Free Memberships do not require payment and may be canceled at any time without restriction.
