Tummy Team 3 Panel Abdominal Rehab Splint

Our most popular splint.

This is a relatively soft splint and the panels allow for flexibility for movement. It is comfortable in standing and sitting and allows for the natural curves of the body.  We use this splint in pregnancy as well since the panels allow it to securely conform around your growing belly bump.  This is also our most comfortable postpartum splint as it is supportive and comfortable in your newborn parenting postures. When fitted properly, this splint overs full coverage and good facilitation for your transverse abdominis.

Wore this splint during my recovery for a 4+ finger wide diastasis. I was going to a PT that had mixed feelings about splinting, but this worked as part of my recovery. I wore it day and night at first and then followed the Tummy Team advice for weaning. Then I wore when I was tired, at night, and when I needed some extra support. It made me feel much more secure during recovery. It took over a year; however, with splinting and proper exercise and physical therapy, my diastasis is closed to less than 1 finger width. Still working, but I appreciate the Tummy Team resources and splints.

I have been SO thankful for this splint! I wore it day and night with a 1 hour break during the process of healing my 5-6 finger wide diatasis and hernia. It was a critical part of my recovery, along with exercise. I am now at 2 fingers and still working toward complete closure. THANK YOU, Tummy Team!
