  1. I was immediately impressed with the way the information is delivered and the way the programme is set out. I have found that I prefer online rather than personally attending a course. It’s completely flexible so no childcare is required and time zone doesn’t matter so me being based in the UK is not an issue. In just three weeks I saw significant improvement to the diastasis itself and could definitely feel that my core was stronger. I have also come to realise that completing the programme is just the beginning of my journey. I have a long way to go to complete healing but I now KNOW that I can fully heal.

  7. I find it amazing and highly gratifying that something I had suffered from for years could be cleared up in just a matter of a few months. The exercises were easy to learn and follow, and the splinting, which I had feared would aggravate my chronic acid reflux, actually seemed to make it better. My chronic back pain has also significantly improved. I still wear the splint at night simply because it makes me feel more secure and continues to help with the nocturnal reflux. I can’t thank you enough. Healing diastasis in men is possible without surgery!
