We offer on site -AND- online classes that will rehabilitate your core, preparing your body for a smoother pregnancy, birth and recovery. These options include both physical therapy to address core weakness as well as childbirth education classes.
We will teach you how to prepare for pushing, birth recovery, and give you tools to address any of the listed symptoms during and after your pregnancy.
