Weaning From Your Splint

Splinting is temporary, your transverse is forever! Keep in mind that your splint is a temporary tool to help your reconnect and to reinforce the increasing functional strength of your transverse abdominis. We do not want to rely on the splint when the core muscles are ready to do more work.
