Optimal Alignment for Feet and Knees

    Optimal foot, ankle, and knee alignment impacts every step we take. Creating opportunities to align your feet directly forward encourages smooth knee flexion and extension and neutral pelvic alignment. In many cases we have tight calves and poor standing posture so our body adjusts to walking with our toes pointing out and our tail tucked. We have a few strategies to improve awareness and release the tight muscles that keep your feet and knees from moving as they should.
