Your Core and Birth Recovery

Newborn parenting postures are exhausting when you have a weak core. Postpartum core strength is often lacking making the newborn parenting stage exhausting and painful. But there is a better way! When we do prenatal core training we are not only building functional core strength to support the pregnancy and birth but we are building a connection to that core that will help you in your birth recovery too. This lesson will share some key concepts to functional core rehab during the postpartum birth recovery stage.
