Upper Body Workout 8

This is our most advanced upper body workout. You will need to use a stable counter surface and have both your medium and heavy set of weights available. This workout is a bit more intense so it is only 14 minutes but you will be pushing your postural muscles while introducing some incline weight bearing work as well. Listen your body and modify as you need to. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
