Upper Body Workout 7

This is an advanced upper body workout. We use 2 different band resistance- light and moderate and 2 sets of hand weight, medium and heavy. There is a lot of variety offered in this workout and we encourage you to activate your core consistently as you move through the 16-minute workout.
