Upper Body Workout 5

This workout is 13 minutes long but requires your medium hand weight. I use 5lb weights in this one. Keep in mind your breathing and ability to engage the core throughout the entire session. I will be cueing you and giving your some modifications along the way. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness.
