Upper Body Workout 4

This workout is 18 minutes long and uses 2 sets of hand weights, one lighter and one slightly heavier set. I use 3lb and 5lb in this workout. Listen to your body. You can do the entire workout with no weights or with 1lb weights if that feel better to you.
