Upper Body Workout 2

This is a 15-minute upper body and arm workout. You will need a low resistance exercise band for this workout. It is important to have a light resistance for this workout. We will be cueing your core and upright posture throughout the entire workout. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
