Upper Body Workout 1

Welcome to our first upper body workout. This is a 15 minute arm workout that includes your core in every single exercise. You do not need any equipment with this workout. Even though it is the first workout, if you need to take a break, do so. You want to maintain good posture and core connection throughout the entire workout. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
