Potty Posture in Pregnancy

The core and pelvic floor muscles are both used when we use the bathroom and during birth. There are a lot of similarities between the two activities. Get a squatty potty. Putting your feet up on a squatty potty during bowel movements is incredibly helpful and mimics the open pelvis position of birth. It is a small investment that will pay off big time.
