Standing Core Workout 7

We are really working on the balance between mobility and stability of your core. Starting with belly breaths and abdominal massage to really connect to the deep transverse abdominis. We progress the balance work in this one. Hopefully you are noticing a stronger core and more connection between your core and dynamic movements. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
