Standing Core Workout 4

This workout starts increasing the tempo. Be sure you feel like you have mastered the breath/core activation connection before you increase your speed. You can try a few and then change the speed if needed. You will hear me breathing harder because increasing speed also increases cardio output. Keep in mind that connection and coordination is important with this functional core work. We start making these exercises more complicated as well. Listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
