Standing Core Workout 1

This is the first in our series of standing core workouts. Start slow and be intentional with every movement. You will notice my focus on how you breathe and the timing of your breath. This is important. There may be some unfamiliar moves in this workout, take your time and make adjustments as you go. You will not need any equipment for this workout. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
