Every time you exhale and engage your core is an opportunity to build that essential internal core functional strength. This lesson gives you some easy ways to add this into your daily showering routine. Check it out.

Exhale and engage. Start a new habit where every time you get in the the shower you take a few intentional belly breaths, rub your tummy and engage your transverse. After about a week or so this will be come very natural.
