Uterine Prolapse

Uterine Prolapse is when the womb drops low into the vaginal canal. It can be just a little bit or it can be so severe that the cervix is protruding from the body. This lesson unpacks this and gives you some initial action steps that will make a huge difference.

Use gravity. Create moments in your day that allow you to lie down and put your feet up. Literally. You want to use gravity to help guide the uterus back up into its rightful place. Placing a pillow under your hips and legs and removing the pillow from under your head can really help this.
