Prolapse Prevention

Prevention is more powerful than treatment. When you know better, you can do better. If you are not currently struggling with prolapse, understanding how to prevent it is invaluable. Prioritize functional core. Elongate in your posture, Resist straining and holding your breath. Release tension in your pelvic muscles and focus on neutral pelvic alignment. Get the rehab you need. Prolapse is a result of neglect and powering through that can be prevented with the right support and strategies.
