The Core and Pelvic floor are partners. They work together most of the time and core weakness can influence the effectiveness of your pelvic floor. Stop holding your breath. Your pelvic diaphragm presses down and compresses your prostate when you hold your breath. Often we do this when we strain or bear down. Can you identify if and when you are doing this and try to correct it?
