Core and Pelvic Floor Activation

Remember when you learned that your core and pelvic floor are partners? An important function of your pelvic floor is to hold your organs up. In this lesson, we are going to teach you a simple but effective exercise to build the core and pelvic floor connection the way you need it most. Let's get started.

Exhale and reach. Pick 2-3 times a day to practice 2-3 belly breaths with overhead reaches to build the strength and connection your pelvic diaphragm needs to more consistently support your pelvic organs and take pressure off your prostate.
