Pregnancy Loss Recovery

    This course is comprised of five videos. The first helps you understand what to expect in the recovery process, the second gives you specific rehab tools to help your body physically recover from your loss, then we have two grief recovery specific videos, and the final video will give you some guidance on your next steps.  Take your time.  You may be only able to do one video at a time or you may be able to do all of the videos at one sitting.  Feel free to rewatch the videos as much as needed.
