Nurturing Core Week 5: Nurture/Pelvic Floor

Welcome to week five.  You are doing so great!  This is a serious investment into you.  Don’t underestimate that.  This week we spend some time nurturing the muscles and structures that support the pelvic floor.  We give you some specific strategies to incorporate this week that will take some privacy.  Resist avoiding this connection work.  It can be difficult at first but it yields such great results. Remember your goals when you started this course.  You have come so far, don’t give up now.
