Nurturing Core Week 4: Connection/Pelvic Floor

    Welcome to week four.  This week, we start to spend a bit more time understanding the pelvic floor and how trauma impacts this area uniquely.  We will start some gentle connection work and work on processing the emotions connected to this area of the body.  This is such important work.  Your pelvic floor supports the intimate and vulnerable parts of who you are.  Take your time.  Breathe.  Feel.  Move forward.
