Nurturing Core Week 3: Nurture/Core

    Welcome to week three.  This week we are going to focus on moving beyond connection and into nurturing the core.  These muscles will really respond to some loving massage and kind movement.  This is not the time to beat up your body or power through pain, tension, numbness or emotions.  Take your time.  Respect your body.  Trust what you are capable of.  You can do this.
