Side Prayer Stretch

It is pretty common to feel more tension on one side than the other. Most of us use one arm more than the other and live slightly or significantly asymmetrical. This can result in uneven neck pain. This lesson introduces a release to help one sided neck pain. Let's give it a try.

Stretch in the shower. The heat of the water really helps your muscles relax and this is a perfect shower stretch as it allow the heat to hit right at those tight muscles. Plus building stretching into your shower routine is a great way to habit stack.
