Brachial Plexus Release

Numbness and tingling in our arms is a sign that a nerve is being impacted. It is important to not ignore these symptoms. While there could be several reasons for nerve symptoms, one often overlooked area is rounded shoulders and poor head position. In this lesson we share a strategy to help with this.

Stop and stretch. As soon as you feel numbness and tingling, respond. Stop what you are doing, adjust your posture and then take a moment to release the tension contributing to these symptoms. The sooner you respond the less likely you will have ongoing symptoms.
