Take a minute to work on your standing balance. Functional Core Strength is key to your balance so doing a few exercises to challenge your core as you balance is really good for you. The Tummy Team uses the concept of Fitness Minutes to help clients be successful and build healthy habits of meaningful movement into every day.

Stand up with me and give yourself a little space for this one! Your core strength is essential for balance. These controlled kicks can be just the thing to work on your balance, hip range of motion and core connection all together.
