Your Weekly Lesson

Day 30

We want you to be able to do the activities you love but we want you to be informed and make good intentional decisions. Your core is key to keeping you stable and supporting your breath in cardio exercise. We have some guidelines to help you make the right choices for your fitness. Keep in mind, you likely will need to slow down and reevaluate your activities to ensure you are doing your best to keep your core active and avoid compensation patterns. But this is what we are here to help you with. Check out this video and see how I can help set you up for success.

Always keep connected to your breath. If you are doing cardio type exercise, then you are breathing deeper and faster. This can make it challenging to stay connected to your core at first. Take breaks and reassess how you feel and ensure you are not collapsing or pushing out on your core for stability when you are breathing heavier.
