This minute of meaningful movement can shift and align your pelvis while releasing common compensation patterns that impact the pelvis and lower body. Pelvic circles are completely underrated for their effectiveness to reset your pelvic alignment and release tension held around the pelvis from compensation patterns. Periodically resetting your neutral pelvic alignment is one of the daily tools we talk about in our core rehab approach. Neutral pelvis helps the transverse abdominis be active all day long. Neutral pelvis helps the pelvic floor be supportive and structurally sound. Neutral pelvis relieves low back pain, pelvic pain and hip pain.
