Day 19

This is an all time favorite stretch at The Tummy Team. One stretch that only requires a wall and two minutes to release all the muscles that run down the back of your body. Your calves, hamstrings, hips, lats and shoulders all feel the release. When you stand up after this stretch you will feel two inches taller.

We love to give you effective stretches that you can build into your daily routine that help you ultimately elongate and connect to your core. Releasing the tension and replacing it with core strength is a great way to help your body function at optimal capacity.
