Your Breath and Your Pelvic Floor

Your respiratory diaphragm and your pelvic diaphragm mirror each other. The movement of both diaphragms on an intentional exhale can help you connect to the supportive nature of your pelvic floor muscles in a new way. This lesson gives you a great breathing exercise to build this connection and needed strength.

Connect in the morning and at night. Try to build this exercise into your morning and bedtime routine. A few intentional breaths with overhead reaches is a great way to start and end your day.
