Lower Body Workout 8

This is our most advanced lower body workout. You will need a step for this workout and you will also need a set of hand weights as well. There is a lot of balance and step ups in this workout. It is great one for your core and lower body but it is more complex and requires more coordination than some of our other lower body workouts. Modify as needed.
