Lower Body Workout 6

This is one of our more advanced lower body workouts. It is 19 minutes and requires 5lb hand weights. There will be some arm and leg combined exercises, some jumping and some deeper squats and lunges in this workout. Modify as needed and take time to progress up to some of the harder exercises by doing them without the weights first or doing slower reps. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
