Stress Incontinence

One of the most common forms of urinary leakage is when we cough, sneeze, laugh or jump. This is considered stress incontinence as it results from sudden stress being placed on the muscles that support the bladder and bladder sphincters and those structures failing. This form of incontinence is directly connected to functional core weakness and poor posture. This lesson will share more about how it is all connected and how we treat it.
