Core Smart Fitness: Week 10

    Week 10 is here!  Wow, look what you have accomplished! This week will include five more workouts with Beth Learn from There are all kinds of new challenges this week as well as some workouts to reinforce the strength you have already built. Take your time and respect your limits. Again some of these workouts will be a great next step for you, and some may be a challenge that you are not ready for.  Do not push through and do not be discouraged.  You likely have several weeks of access to return to your favorite workouts over the last 10 weeks or to revisit workouts that were challenging to see how you have improved. Remember this is the transition that works for you and we are not all moving toward the same long term goals. Trust where you are at and and take the next right step for you. Great job!
