Your Weekly Lesson

You don't have to be a writer to benefit from journaling. The act of putting pen to paper can take us out of the emotional part of our brain into the action and reasoning part. Writing down a few words or sentences before you start this process can be incredibly helpful for you to validate your starting place and it can be a great reference point to return to at the end of this week. Find a pen and piece of paper or simply open a notes section on your phone or laptop then watch this weeks video and jot a few things down.

Take note. You may feel like writing several paragraphs, a few pages or simply a few words. But take the time to document your starting point in words and then set it aside. You may feel like journalling more throughout this process as well. Or you may want to just set it aside and return to it at the end of the week.
