Hug and Move

The core muscles are designed for stability but also they work as a support muscle group. Which means they hold one part of your body stable so other parts of your body can move. When we hold trauma in our core it can shut down a lot of movement. This lesson gives you a gentle but effective strategy to reclaim this function of your core.

Hug and move. Lying down or standing up. Take a moment a few times a day to exhale, draw your tummy in like a hug and gently move your hips, legs or arms. You can do this anywhere.
