Start Simple and Add Complexity

Learning something new can be a challenge. We want you to start with just one movement at a time to master the connection to your core before you start adding multiple movements together. If your core is not connected, your workout could actually be causing you to brace or compensate which will set you back instead of launch you forward in your progress.
