Optimal Alignment for Fitness

Every muscle has an ideal alignment where it works most effectively and efficiently. The transverse abdominis (your internal corset muscle) requires the pelvis and rib cage to align for it to activate well. So this lesson will review how we ensure we are setting up the core well when we choose our exercises.
