Band Workout 8

This is an advanced band workout that requires your 8lb band, handles, leg straps and door anchor. We start with upper body, then add some upper body and lower body combinations moves and then add the lower body focused exercises. The core is challenged throughout the workout. There are alot of coordination challenges in this workout. It may take time to master some of the skills. Remember form and connection are more important than doing all the exercises or all the reps. Adjust to your needs. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness.
