Band Workout 7

This is a longer and more advanced 16-minute workout and uses upper body and lower body resistance. I am using the 8lb band with 1 leg strap and 1 handle to start out. We add some standing core exercise with more balance challenge. It may take some practice to be comfortable in this workout. Take your time and don't give up. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness.
