Band Workout 6

This 8-minute workout is a fun combination of cardio core work and resistance training. We use both the 5lb and 8lb bands in this workout so have both on hand to move forward. We add some swimming like exercise in a forward hinge position so this is a more advanced posture that assumes you have done core rehab before engaging in this workout.
