Band Workout 5

This 9-minute band workout adds some new exercises and uses our 8lb bands. We slow down and hold and then change tempo to give your core and your upper body a challenge of stability and mobility. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
