Band Workout 2

This is an 8-minute band workout using the 5lb bands and the door anchor. We combine some upper body and lower body coordinated movements in this workout. It is still important to go slow and connect to your core with every exercise. Disclaimer: While these exercises are designed by a physical therapist for core rehab and a safe transition into fitness. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
