Band Workout 1

Welcome to our first band exercise. This series is our basic upper body band series that we start all clients with. We take you through the alignment, and coordination of the breath that will maximize these exercises as core exercises just as much as upper body exercises. Go slow and be intentional to get the most out of these exercises. We start with the lowest resistance band you have to start with. I am using the 5lb band from my bodylastic band set in this workout with the handles and the door anchor. Ultimately, you should be in good physical condition and able to participate in the exercise.
