Cancellation and Refund Policy

We stand behind our services and want you to be satisfied with what you pay for. We will always do our best to go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of our on site and online clients. Our philosophy is to treat you with kindness and respect. We hope you will do the same for us.

On-Site Core Training and Skype Sessions

The Tummy Team strives to see as many clients as possible in our limited clinic hours. For this reason, we adhere to the following policies regarding appointments.

  • Payment for appointments is required at the time of booking.
  • If you need to cancel a session, 48-hour notice is required to reschedule it or receive a refund.
  • If 48-hour notice is not given, a $50 fee will be charged; payment is required before you may reschedule.
  • In the case of a no-show, a $75 fee is charge; payment is required to before you may reschedule.
  • If you are medically unable to complete your scheduled session and you are within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact our office immediately; these situations are handled on a case by case basis.
  • For those paying by credit card, a $25 fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount for all eligible cancellations.

Online Courses

  • No refunds are given for online programs. Payment is required for online programs to commence.
    All online programs have limited access and access begins at the time of purchase.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances:  If you are unable to complete your program due to medical reasons or unforeseen circumstances, and require your program to be paused, please contact our office or email us immediately. These situations are handled on a case by case basis.
  • Technical Difficulty:  If you are experiencing technical issues, please contact our office or email us immediately; these situations are handled on a case by case basis. In the rare case that technical issues cannot be resolved, full or partial refund will be considered.

Splints

  • Splints cannot be returned once worn.
  • Manufacturing Flaws:  If there is a manufacturing flaw in your splint, we are happy to replace it. Please call us to arrange a replacement.
  • Other:  If you ordered the wrong type of splint or it simply does not fit as expected, you may return or exchange it so long as it does not show signs of wear, and is in resalable condition. *The quickest way to replace a wrong splint is to order the correct one from our website immediately, while you ship the incorrect splint back for a refund.

  • All returns and exchanges do not include return shipping fees and will incur a $5 handling fee.
  • Refunds and exchanges must take place within 6 months of your original purchase.
  • In the case of a refund, you will receive the money back in the original method of payment.
  • Please include your packing slip and a description of why you are returning the item. If exchanging, please also include what item you wish to exchange it for.

Apparel, Accessories and Other Products

  • Refunds and exchanges are given on unworn apparel and unused accessories. *Return shipping fees are not included.
  • No refunds are given on the following products: Back Supports, Cups, GyneFlex™, Fit2B™ On Your Skin products, Squatty Potty™ or foam rollers.
