About Jayme Crockett, LM
Jayme is the co-owner of Pangaea Midwifery, a home birth midwifery practice located in beautiful Boise, Idaho. Jayme feels strongly that pelvic floor health and education should be integrated into midwifery care, starting from early pregnancy. She supports clients in connecting with their pelvic floor and core muscles throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Jayme feels that this creates a healthy relationship with the growing pregnant body, and allows laboring people to be connected with their babies and their own bodies during birth. This can prevent common postpartum problems like diastis recti, hemorrhoids, prolapses, incontinence and depression.
